1️⃣Review the prompt and prepare your space. Gather art materials without care, choose what speaks to you. Make the environment a calming place that makes you comfortable in your creative space, whether that means turning on music, going outside, or asking your partner/children to take some time to themselves in another room.
2️⃣Start to fill the circle in a way that feels natural to you. Breathe through your line work and initial shapes by creating a composition that comes to you without thought.
3️⃣Feel the flow within your work by adding color to its shapes and lines.
4️⃣Experiment by layering your materials and exploring your own curiosities. Get creative, get messy, and focus on the moment.
