Art Journaling
While many are debating whether to continue or set aside their New Year’s resolutions, we suggest trying art journaling as a therapeutic activity. Whether you sketch, paint, or doodle at home or on the go, art journaling offers benefits such as:
• “Dumping” what’s in your head- whether it’s anger, annoyance or another strong feeling you’re unable to pinpoint
• Gaining insights into what's may be going on under the “surface”
