The Young Professionals Leadership Group

The Young Professionals Leadership Group is a volunteer-driven group of passionate, culturally engaged and civic minded supporters under the age of 40. They seek to advance The Art Therapy Project's mission through spreading awareness and raising funds through events. Committee responsibilities include fundraising, membership recruitment, securing sponsorships, participating in and volunteering for our organizational events, as well as demonstrating an active committee voice. Marketing Committee

The Marketing Committee assists with brainstorming, organizing and creating marketing strategies as well as graphics for events, social media campaigns and fundraisers. Volunteer duties include spearheading conversations around marketing ideas during meetings, designing graphics, securing sponsorships (in-kind/cash), creating content as well as branding and supporting PR opportunities. Development Committee

The Development Committee works with the Executive Director, Development Manager and members of the Board of Directors assisting with the organization and implementation of events/fundraisers. TATP hosts a number of events throughout the year including a Spring Gala, a Comedy/Variety Show, and Bid to #CreateChange. In addition, our Young Professionals Leadership Group runs a peer-to-peer fundraiser, Move for Mental Health. Volunteers can work on one or more events. Volunteer duties include brainstorming ways to improve events, securing sponsorships (in-kind/cash), soliciting auction items and SWAG, recruiting event day volunteers, assisting to increase event attendance, etc. If you are interested in joining this committee, please submit your volunteer form here.
